I am delighted to be working with an East Anglian family run business, which are renowned for their agricultural successes locally, in their search for an Executive Assistant to support their Senior Management Team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous PA or EA experience, to work in a fast paced customer focused environment. Your work load will offer you variety, responsibility and the opportunity to make a difference.

The ideal candidate will be required to have previous experience working in a supporting role for Senior Management in the capacity of a PA or EA and have previously worked autonomously to get tasks completed to a high standard without prompting.

You will need to be proactive, with a can-do attitude, exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail. You will need to be highly organised and able to change direction as priorities shift throughout the day.

As this is a new position within the business, Senior Management envisage that this role will continue to grow organically however initially duties will include:

•Diary/travel management and coordination for Group Director including initiating contact and securing appointments with suppliers, business representatives and guests
•Overseeing the planning of regular business meetings including the preparation of agendas, collation of relevant financial data into a presentation format circulated ahead of meetings, and taking meeting minutes to circulate thereafter
•Manage the property portfolio as well as contracts, leases and schedules liaising with third parties and group tenants
•Supporting with Customer Care and getting complaints to a successful conclusion; including interacting with the public, dealing with sensitive and sometimes volatile situations
•Supporting the CFO with GDPR compliance and assist where required in managing company obligations
•Organise events such as client entertainment, management away days, company conferences, team building activities, employee incentives
•Manage business contracts/services/supplier agreements e.g. franchise agreements
•Administrative functions including writing correspondence and other documentation to be distributed internally and externally

To be considered for this role you will:

•Have considerable experience working in a similar role with a focus on customer service and providing support at Director level
•Be a confident communicator, with an excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
•Have a good commercial awareness, weighing up costs, benefits, risks and chances of success when making or seeking a decision
•Be highly organised and have an ability to keep Senior Management organised
•Take ownership of a problem and seek achievable business solutions

Additional information:

This is a permanent, full-time role.

This is a mainly working from home' role, however includes at least one day a week in their office (near Ely, Cambs) and other locations as required by Senior Management so you will be required to be within commutable distance for office based days.

You will be required to have a full, clean driving licence for this position, due to travel requirements (this is non-negotiable). A Company vehicle will be provided due to the off-site commitments.

Salary offered is between £30,000 and £35,000 depending on level of experience.
