Position: Engineering Sales Executive
Location: Diss, Suffolk
Salary: £40-£50k + Bonus + Car
Shifts: Mon Fri


Overview:
Our client is seeking a dedicated Engineering Sales Executive to join their team in Diss, Suffolk. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in generating accurate estimates and quotations, building strong customer relationships, and driving profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Create timely and accurate estimates and quotations to meet customer expectations.

• Utilise software to ensure precise estimates and maintain accurate data.

• Calculate manufacturing hours and costs to meet profitability targets.

• Negotiate with suppliers to maximize profit margins.

• Collaborate with the engineering and design teams for quality service delivery.

• Build productive relationships with customers to understand their needs.

• Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process.

Experience:

• 3 years of experience in fabrication, sheet metal, or pipe fitting estimating.

• Proven track record in technical sales or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of engineering principles.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in CRM software for customer management.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
