Position: Maintenance Engineer

Overview:
Are you a skilled Maintenance Engineer with a knack for problem-solving? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? Our client, a leading company based in Sudbury, is seeking a talented individual to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Conducting routine maintenance activities to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely.
• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues and implementing timely repairs.
• Performing preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
• Collaborating with the production team to address maintenance needs without disrupting operations.
• Maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation.

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer, ideally in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts and weekends as needed.
• Relevant technical qualifications (e.g., NVQ, HND, or equivalent) preferred.
