I am excited to be working with a leading manufacturing in Bury St Edmunds who is currently seeking a Temporary Customer Service Support Administrator to join their business for a an initial 6 week period, to provide support to the Customer Service team.
You will also be assisting in sales order processing and order administration to ensure customers receive the best possible service as well as maintaining internal controls and accurate and timely deliveries.
Other duties include:
•Coordinate customer deliveries in line with their requirements to maximise OTIF deliveries
•Work with internal stakeholders to ensure product is available and plan dispatches
•Build and maintain working relationships with customer contacts & ensure that customers are fully informed of their order delivery status
•Update planned volumes in line with contract balances
•Ensure Customer invoices are up to date and check hauler invoices
•Assist in the preparation of internal and external reports as required
•Experience of international shipping and documentation an advantage
•Location: Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk
•Hours: Monday to Friday (37.5) - 8:30am - 5:00am (flexible)
•Hourly Rate: £13ph
•Start Date: ASAP
•Free parking on site
Whilst this is an initial 6 month contract, there is the potential for an extension or permanent opportunity depending on the project progress - although this is not guaranteed.
