Are you an experienced customer service professional with proven leadership skills? I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation in Mildenhall who are seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading and motivating a team, driving improvements, and ensuring customers receive the highest standard of service.

Key responsibilities
Supervising and supporting the customer service team day-to-day
Coaching, mentoring and conducting regular performance reviews
Managing escalated queries and ensuring timely resolution
Monitoring KPIs and driving service improvements
Working closely with senior management to implement best practice
About you
Previous experience in a customer service supervisory or team leader role
Strong communication and people management skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues effectively
Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office packages
Positive, proactive approach with a passion for excellent customer care
