Customer Care Administrator

I am delighted be working with an established construction business in their search for a Customer Care Administrator. The ideal candidate will have a willingness to learn; great people skills and looking for a long term role they can settle into!

The Customer Care Administrator's primary objectives are to:

•Provide a full and efficient administrative support to the Customer Care Department
•Ensure that the company's Customer Care Expectations are always complied with
•Maintain a prompt and polite telephone answering service
•Always ensure compliance with current GDPR legislation

Duties & Responsibilities:

•Dealing politely and efficiently with all customer contact and maintenance matters
•Progressing maintenance matters expediently:
oEnsuring that customer correspondence is responded to promptly and professionally and that customers are kept well informed of all matters affecting them
oEnsuring that customer records (both digital and physical) are kept up to date
•Progressing outgoing correspondence
•Maintaining efficient filing systems
•Using Microsoft Office to produce letters, reports, presentations etc.
•Dealing promptly with incoming calls and ensuring that if an expectation of an outbound call is made it is adhered to
•Providing printing, photocopying and scanning services
•Dealing with warranties and customer handover information
•Any other activities necessary to fulfil the primary job objectives

Additional Information:

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (1 hour lunch)
Salary: Circa £23,000 depending on experience
Annual Leave: 21 days + bank holidays increasing for long service
