Customer Services Advisor

Do you have good Customer Service and Administration experience and would like the opportunity to work remotely?

I am supporting a large scale utilities company in their search for a Customer Services Advisor. Your primary job function is to provide operational interface for customers and other third parties in delivering a high level service.

This is a remote position, which will require you to travel into Bury St Edmunds every fortnight for team meetings and client meetings therefore you must be commutable to Bury St Edmunds.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

•Ensuring compliance with contractual services levels and obligations
•Creating loader files and industry data flows
•Loading of industry data flows to internal systems
•Error resolution of incorrect industry data flows
•Investigating and resolving held transactions
•Weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reporting in line with business requirements
•Investigating and resolving billing disputes and unknown supplier instances
•Monitoring triaged assets to ensure correct redeployment
•Complying with the latest company procedures, legislation and industry obligations
•Presenting a positive image of the business within the UK industry

To be considered for this role you must have:

•Highly numerate and literate with good attention to detail
•Experience in Microsoft Office suite, in particular Microsoft Excel (Formulas etc.)
•Ability to communicate in a range of mediums with operational contacts in third party organisations
•Flexible and self-motivated but able to work well in a team environment

Additional Information & Benefits:

•Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am-5pm) - 37.5 hours per week
•Salary Circa £22,000
•Home working with full IT home working solution. Limited travel with current arrangements of a team meeting once a fortnight
•Start date January 2022
•25 Days holiday excluding bank holidays with an option to take (up to) an extra 10 days. This would be via salary sacrifice scheme
•Discretionary 10% annual bonus dependent on company performance
•Pension scheme The business will double any employee contribution up to 10%. This is capped to 10% however the employee contribution is not capped. This is also based on a salary sacrifice scheme which provides additional benefit / tax relief
