We are excited to be working with a business based on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds, in their search for a Contracts Administrator to join their small and friendly team. You will be liaising with contractors on a daily basis, to ensure all paperwork is complete and provide a high level of customer service at all times.
Duties will include:
•To liaise with customers to schedule in appointments for insulation works, whilst also providing customer/colleague call handling service simultaneously
•Managing data input to the companies CRM database
•Support the Insulation Manager with any other administrative functions which may be required
•Help deal with inbound calls and customer enquiries, and logging these on the companies CRM database. Booking insulation appointments
•Calling customers to schedule in their install appointments, or to postpone/cancel appointments where required
•Liaison with the Planning Manager regarding paperwork issues to enable quality control and consistency
•Updating and maintaining the Companies CRM database and departmental dashboard, to ensure it is up to date for reporting to partners and internal monitoring
•Work with the team to ensure departmental KPIs are achieved
•Prepare paperwork and upload to remediation portal and undertake bookings as necessary
•Any other ad hoc duties, which may be required by the business from time to time
•Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
•Salary: Circa £20,000 - Depending on experience
•Location: Higham, Suffolk
•Permanent, Full Time
Please note - staff are required to attend occasional training courses, conferences and meetings that may necessitate staying away from home overnight.
