Commercial Manager with ref. J34700

We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Manager to actively and effectively manage the day to day of a team of 4 Regional Sales Managers plus the Product Manager for a leading Agricultural business.

Ensuring your team are suitably informed, equipped and motivated to carry out their duties you will define and monitor best practices for the department, while remaining aware of and flexible to the changing nature of the industry. In line with company objectives, you will also oversee the planning, co-ordination, implementation and management of the agricultural and forage grass product areas, in conjunction with the Product Manager and Marketing function.

This is a role with significant influence that works closely with and feeds into Senior Leadership Team within the business. As such, you will also work closely with internal departments, such as Marketing, Internal Sales and Production to assist with things such as the devising of company strategy, pricing management and the development of marketing campaigns.

The ideal individual will have previous experience in an Agricultural sector; ideally grass seed or a transferable Ag industry. You will be a strong Manager with the experience/ability to manage a remote team. You will need to be able to organise your workload and self motivate yourself as well as your team.
