Job Title: Cleaner
Location: Bury St Edmunds
Hourly Rate: £12.00 per hour + holiday
Hours: Friday night to Sunday or two evening's a week, 3 Hours Only (per week)

We are currently looking for a cleaner to join us on a permanent, part time contract, to start as soon as possible. The main responsibility of the role is to ensure that our premises and car park are clean and tidy to a high standard

Full Job Description:

GROUND FLOOR:
Front Office:
* Dust and polish all desks and shelving
* Vacuum floor and mop every two weeks

Ground Floor Offices:
* Dust and polish desk and other items of furniture
* Clean and dust the windowsills
* Vacuum floor and mat
* Mop the entrance floor once every two weeks
* Empty bins
* Kitchen
* Wash down surfaces
* Load dishwasher with any dirty items left on desks
* Clean microwave weekly
* Empty dishwasher and put away
* Clean and dust the windowsills
* Mop Floor
* Replace towels and tea towels

Toilets:
* Clean all sinks and toilets
* Replace towels
* Mop the floor weekly
* Clean and dust the windowsills
* Hallway, stairs and landing
* Vacuum floor
* Mop floors weekly & the staircase once a month
* Dust all surfaces

Porch
* Sweep and mop

Car park
* Collect rubbish
* Sweep up leaves when the Eucalyptus Tree sheds

FIRST FLOOR
Sales and all interview rooms:
* Dust and polish desks and shelving
* Clean and dust the windowsills
* Vacuum floors
* Empty bins

Toilet:
* Clean the sink and toilet
* Mop the floor
* Clean and dust the windowsills
* Replace towels

Rubbish:
* All rubbish should be placed in the appropriate bin, details of this are on notice board in the kitchen
* Empty both recycling bins into the blue bin outside
* Shredding bins should be left for specialist collection.

AD HOC CLEANING DUITES:
* Clean the two fridges once a month
* Ensure all the inside windows are cleaned once every three months
