An established client based in Bury St Edmunds are seeking an organised and proactive Office Administrator to join their team and contribute to the smooth functioning of the office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct general office administration tasks.
- Provide support to four consultants in daily activities.
- Exhibit a strong telephone manner in all communications.
- Demonstrate the ability to efficiently complete tasks and meet deadlines.
- Take initiative and be self-managing in handling various responsibilities.
- Proactively chase up and organise paperwork to ensure streamlined operations.
- Knowledge of HubSpot is preferred but not essential.
- Assist in the setup of CRM systems.
- Collaborate with Directors to coordinate and send out mailings.
Skill Set:
- Previous experience in office administration is an asset.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Further information:
- Hours: This is a part-time position, three days per week, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our client understands the importance of work-life balance and are open to being flexible around school hours.
- Salary: £27,000 - £35,000 pro rata (depending on experience)
