Bulk Malt Despatch Operator with ref. J35221

As a Despatch Operator you will be operating the plant and equipment used for malt despatch. You will be working outside for around 95% of the working week.

Monday to Friday - 38.25 hrs per week - Rotating 5 day shift - 6am - 2pm & 10am - 6pm ( You will also be required to cover which entails completing 4 12hr shifts per month with a rest day on the Friday of the week on cover)

Salary of £23,252 upon completion of training

Duties and Responsibilities :

- Carry out the transfer of malts between silos.
- Carry out all necessary checks / quality procedures.
- Fill 20" & 40" containers for overseas deliveries.
- Fill bulk vehicles with shipment for UK customers.
- To assist other departments as requested.

Requirements:

- An enjoyment of working outside.
- A good level of the English language.
- Flexible team member.
- The ability to learn and maintain plant hygiene levels to required standards.
- Previous experience in production or a similar industry ( DESIRABLE NOT ESSENTIAL)
