Reporting into the Office Manager your key role will be to support Account Managers and ensure orders go through the business efficiently to meet customer's needs. You will also support the Office Manager with any administrative tasks which are required for the business to run efficiently.
Duties include but are not limited to:
•Process customer orders
•Liaise directly with our customers to gain all relevant information and documentation
•Enter all orders onto the production schedule
•Communicate with customers via phone and emails in a profession manner
•Answer phones when necessary, passing on messages to the Account Managers
•Help to resolve customer queries/ complaints by liaising with the Account Managers and other depts within the business
•Manage couriers to meet customer demands
•Monitor orders to ensure these run smoothly and are dispatched on time
•Assist the Account Managers by helping with quotes and tenders where necessary
•Assist with the Company stock takes
•Working to achieve Departments KPI targets
•Undertake any reasonable task given
•Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
•Computer skills including outlook and excel and ideally with a CRM software or similar.
•Flexible in learning and tasks.
•Ability to work either within a team or alone affectively.
•Able to communicate verbally, email and telephone between departments.
•Be able to work under pressure
•A team player
Location: Haverhill, Suffolk
Office based working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Parking on site
Salary Circa £22,000 depending on experience
