Reporting to: Business Manager
This position entails a wide range of responsibilities, including:
• Providing exceptional administration and secretarial support utilizing the Microsoft suite, encompassing tasks such as copy and audio typing, scanning, and minute-taking.
• Precisely preparing both hard copy and digital documents sourced from various departments for client presentations and meetings.
• Ensuring a top-tier experience as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and staff members.
• Overseeing and directing incoming and outgoing business communications and correspondence.
• Undertaking office operational tasks to uphold an efficient and orderly office environment.
• Fulfilling general ad-hoc duties to facilitate the seamless operation of the business.
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
• Proficiency in building and nurturing relationships.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
• The capability to excel as both a collaborative team member and a self-directed individual.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft suite and comfort with various technologies, including CRM systems.
• The capacity to maintain composure when managing conflicting priorities.
• A solid background in administration.
