My client, based in beautiful surroundings, are seeking a temporary to permanent Accounts Assistant to join their team. As such you will be immediately available for work.
You will be working alongside the Accountant in a busy, friendly environment and will be responsible for:
All round Purchase Ledger duties including invoice input, matching, batching and coding invoices and preparing payment runs
Credit Control including chasing debt on the telephone and E-mail and sending out customer statements
Assisting the Accountant with other duties as required.
Hours for the role are 8.30am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.
To be successful in this role, you will have previous Purchase Ledger and Credit Control experience and good Excel skills.
You will be happy to work in a very busy environment and to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in.
You will be immediately available for work.
There are 2 dogs that may come into the office space from time to time so you will need to be comfortable with this.
Due to location access to your own transport will be required.
