I am delighted to be working with a Haverhill based business in their search for an Account Manager on a full time, permanent basis!

This person will be responsible for generating sales and delivering a high level of customer service. You will have a number of accounts to look after and be required to monitor the performance of these. The ideal person will have previous experience in Account Management and the ability to build a rapport with clients.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

•Build and maintain customer relationships
•Quote customers within the Companies two-hour KPI deadline or agreed customer deadline
•Follow up quotes to maximise opportunities
•Work to maximise company profits
•Process customer orders into the company's software system with a high level of accuracy ensuring all company processes are being followed
•Enter all orders onto the production schedules, updating order progress to clients on request
•Liaise with other departments
•Monitor Customer activity to ensure sales levels are maintained raising any concerns and solutions to senior management
•Work with the Sales Director to arrange client visits
•Occasionally attend off site visits to Clients
•Develop monthly sales reports and report to higher management
•Communicate important feedback from customers internally
•Stay up to date with new products and features by attending meetings and training
•Generate and process new sales leads as necessary
•Follows up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with a product
•Manage all updates of core data for clients, as and when arising onto the company software system
•Deal with customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary by following the internal process
•Responding to accounts queries in a timely manner

•Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
•Computer skills including outlook and excel and ideally with a CRM software or similar
•Flexible in learning and tasks
•Ability to work either within a team or alone affectively
•Able to communicate verbally, email and telephone between departments
•Be able to work under pressure
•A team player
•Problem solving skills

Additional Information:
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Location: Haverhill, Suffolk
Salary: £20,000-£25,000 depending on experience
Parking on site
