You'll be on the frontline, dealing with customers and insurers daily. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining the firm's book of business, while making sure their customers get the very best advice, products, and service.
The customer medical malpractise team covers nurses, beauticians, aestheticians, counsellors, and anyone else involved in the physical or mental treatment of clients need.
As Account Executive you will have to:
•Present and explain policies to the customer
•Renew and change existing policies
•A committed worker, diligent, showing initiative and having perseverance
•A team player, supportive, kind, and warm. The team has a family feel they're always there for each other
•Able to communicate effectively. They're customers rely on clear information to understand their insurance, and they rely on it to build trust
•A quick learner, insurance background is desirable but not essential as full training is provided
•£23,000-£33,000 based on experience and yearly pay reviews
•Free parking on site
•Regular team get togethers
•25 days holidays plus bank holidays
•Office based for first 6 months then opportunity for hybrid working
