Site Services Engineer with ref. J35259

Compass Point is supporting a leading food processing business in their search for an additional Site Services Engineer for one of their flag ship facilities. This is a Day shfit role, Monday to Friday. You will be a part of a 2 person team responsible for maintaining first class facilities at a £30,000,000 turnover factory. Part of a wider Engineering team of 16, you will be supported in your development and receive ongoing training for current regulations as required. This will be a varied and busy role that will challenge your experience and grow your skill set further.

Core duties:

• To assist the Site Services Senior Engineer in providing support for all site and services
activity
• To maintain equipment, services, utilities and supplies to the March site, in line with
legislation, planned preventative maintenance measures, thus ensuring the health,
safety and welfare of all employees and the optimum running efficiency of all
equipment
• To maintain the effluent plant, ensure its efficient operation at all times

Applicants will ideally have the following:

• Recognised apprenticeship in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• Industrial Boiler qualifications or demonstrable experience
• Electrical qualifications
• Fabrication and welding experience
• Pump and valve maintenance experience
