We are working with a leading distribution/logistics business based in Suffolk to help them recruit a Site Manager to take full ownership of the Distribution Centre, ensuring everything is in place to deliver on the level promised to their clients and that all H&S is adhered to and improved upon. You will also me developing and managing the team, driving performance and identifying opportunities to increase revenue across new and existing clients.

You will be passionate about developing great teams, have the ability to influence a variety of internal and external stakeholder, have a strong knowledge of warehouse operations, a good knowledge of H&S practices and previous proven track record of driving costs and achieving budgets.
