Within this role you will be given a structured career path in the engineering function. Working closely with the Design Engineer to manage projects from conception to delivery, you will help to ensure that designs are robust and meet all required specifications. You will constantly work with the Product team to help create new products and contribute to the future direction of engineering innovation.

As a graduate in either Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering this role will offer you hands on experience in a fascinating area of the agricultural sector. Working with some of the biggest names in the market, you will have the opportunity to get involved in all elements of product development and hone your project management skills.

This organisation has expanded significantly over the last 10 years both internationally and in the UK. They have an entrepreneurial spirit and have even set up a foundation to establish Community Gardens for Mental Health charities.

Core duties include:

Developing products through the whole product development cycle, from the ideas stage through to commercialisation
Product and competitor research
Solidworks based CAD development
Identifying new suppliers when required
Costing Estimates
Testing and evaluating components through physical testing and analysis
In-field building and testing of designs
Existing product analysis and improvements
Producing and checking engineering drawings
