Sales Administrator

Due to continued growth an exciting opportunity has arisen to work at an innovative company manufacturing hi-tech equipment based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. This role is part of the sales team and will be reporting to the MD.

In order to support our growth, they are looking for a Sales administrator that demonstrates the following attitudes:

Job description:

•Provide assistance to the sales team
•Preparing quotations using bespoke quotation system
•Maintenance of customer database
•Organise conferences and trade shows
•Administrate literature creation and modification
•Prepare documentation for sales activities
•Follow up active prospects
•Inform customers about order progress and expected delivery dates

Key skills:

•Good customer care skills
•Accuracy and attention to detail
•Hands on experience with MS Office (MS Excel in particular) is essential
•Familiarity with CRM software (ACT in particular) is essential
•Ability to work under pressure
•An ability to work independently or as part of a team
•Quick to learn
•Desire to take a proactive approach
•Organised approach to work

Additional Information:

•Salary for the position will be based on experience £23,000 to £26,000/year with 25 days holiday plus UK bank holidays.
•Location: Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk
•Hours Full Time Monday to Friday (40 hours)
