You will be responsible for providing a professional and efficient service to the finance function, to ensure suppliers are paid on time and to provide accurate financial information to the Management Accountant as needed. You will be fully accountable for the whole Purchase Ledger process, from expenses, purchase orders through to invoices and reconciliation.
Key duties will include:
Matching, checking and coding invoices
Making payments via BACs twice monthly, plus any other adhoc payments
Monthly reconciliation of intercompany accounts
Reconciliation of supplier statements and company expenses
Data Entry using SAP system
Managing cashbooks' and cash flows'
Monthly and annual audit checks key competencies
You'll be based in the company's Bury St Edmunds office and you'll report to the Management Accountant.
What experience do I need?
My client wants someone who's got experience of SAP. They'll also need you to have experience of Purchase Ledger.
In addition, it's essential that you are immediately available for work.
