This is an exciting opportunity to join a Bury St Edmunds based organisation in their search for a new Projects Account Manager to join their team!
As Projects Account Manager you will be responsible for generating new business, managing key accounts, maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and maximising sales opportunities with them across the UK in accordance with the agreed business plan.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
•Focus on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business
•Liaise directly with key stake holders including architects, construction companies, consultants, main contractors, and sub-contractors
•Chase outstanding quotes and close the sale
•Actively build and develop relationships by maintaining regular contact with the client to ensure each project is progressing correctly
•Participate in internal / external meetings as required to achieve the business objectives
•Regularly review competitor activity and feedback to management
•Review the project details, contract, warranties, and payment terms once the project is secured
•Manage existing projects and pass plans to the sales administrator
•Assist their manager whilst they are away from the office with emails, telephone calls and general support
•Full-time (8:00am 5:00pm, 1 hour lunch)
•20 days, increasing to 23 after one years' service
•Location: Woolpit, Suffolk
