Project/Procurement Administrator

I am delighted to be working with a local Bury St Edmunds business, in their search for a Project/Procurement Administrator.

The ideal candidate will have solid Administration experience, with a history of communicating with clients and overseeing stock levels.

Job Role Includes:

•Requesting quotations from suppliers -
•Creating and tracking Purchase orders
•Receiving and checking deliveries
•Monitoring materials and plant distribution to site
•Maintaining supplier relationships
•Maintaining warehouse stock levels
•Tracking & organising plant/tools calibrations
•Compiling project manuals, material lists and critical spares lists
•Phone call distribution
•Help create Project programs and project test paperwork

Required Attributes:

•Able to work on their own initiative or as part of a team
•Attention to detail
•A positive phone manner
•High proficiency in MS word, Excel and outlook

Additional Information:
•Bury St Edmunds.
•Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
•Circa £23,000+
•24 days holiday + Bank holiday (3 days for Christmas Closure)
•Parking on site
•Start Date Mid to End of September 2021
