We are delighted to be working with a reputable and well-established Insurance Company based in Cambridge who have grown from humble beginnings and has now become part of one of the largest independent brokers in the UK.

The successful candidate will be predominately working from the Cambridge office, however there are also offices in Bury St Edmunds and Norwich.
The ideal candidate will have experience within a similar role, have good presentation and communication skills, along with the ability to network and build rapport with businesses and organisations. You will be confident working as an individual but also work effectively with colleagues and can learn quickly and build a strong foundation of knowledge about the services and products.

Responsibilities
•Maintaining new business relationships as well as forming new ones.

•Collaborate with partners on local and regional events.

•Broadcast content, resources, and discounts to partners to share and promote.

•Work closely with Account Executives on key market subjects.

•Increase attendance at local event and facilitate business appearances seminars, business meets, knowledge days, etc.

•Assist with social media management, event planning and organisation and external advertising and sponsorship opportunities.

•Organisation: Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely fashion

•Decision making: Decide what product subjects are best for content and events, be able to think on your feet and refer when necessary
•Teamwork: Work effectively with colleagues across the Group
•Relationship building: Build and maintain strong professional relationships customers, insurers, and colleagues
•Learning: Have an ability to learn quickly and retain information of a wide number of products and procedures
•IT and systems MS Office, Outlook, OGI, CRM
