I am recruiting for a company based in Haverhill in their search for an Office Coordinator to join their busy team! This role is fantastic for someone looking to add value, support management and have the potential to be in a position which will grow organically within the business!

Reporting into the Office Manager your key role will be to support Account Managers and ensure orders go through the business efficiently to meet customer's needs. You will also support the Office Manager with any administrative tasks which are required for the business to run efficiently.

You will need to have proven experience working in an administration position, ideally supporting senior management, having the capacity to take on an ever changing and growing work load!

Duties include but are not limited to:

•Process customer orders with a high level of accuracy ensuring all company processes are being followed
•Liaise directly with customers
•Liaise with Production to ensure capacity allows us to meet customers delivery date
•Communicate with customers via phone and emails in a profession manner
•Monitor production and raise any concerns to the Account Managers or other dept heads
•Maintain and update Customer core data
•Answer phones when necessary, passing on messages to the Account Managers
•Help to resolve customer queries/ complaints by liaising with the Account Managers and other depts within the business
•Manage couriers to meet customer demands
•Check and approve courier invoices ensuring that all costs are covered
•Raise & investigate NCF's following the correct process
•Filling of company works orders
•Assist the Account Managers by helping with quotes and tenders where necessary
•Provide cover for the purchasing dept. where required
•Keep up to date with all company process/ procedures and ensure these are followed
•Monitor all orders to ensure dates are in line with the company's production schedules
•Provide training for any new staff within the Office Depts
•Oversee the company's NCF process
•Monitor the Admin team to ensure all KPI's are achieved
•Assist with the Company stock takes and any amendments

Additional Information:
Location: Haverhill, Suffolk
Salary: Up to £25,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (1 hour for lunch) regular visit for the sandwich van!
