They are looking for someone to work across several divisions within the business, supporting all departments with administrative tasks, whether that is within sales, accounts, transport, supply chain or HR.
Reporting into the HR Manager, you must be used to working in a busy office, with a work load that will change on a daily basis, therefore you must like a varied and fluid job role.
This is a newly created role within the business, with a view to this candidate being a mobile member of the team, working on a hot desk basis covering holidays or supporting in busy periods within departments.
You will be happy to learn new skills, flexible in managing your work load and happy to put your hand to any tasks.

In addition, it's essential that you possess the following:
- Previous administration experience
- Solid IT skills with an understanding of word and excel
- The ability to work as a team player but also be confident working on your own
- A good sense of humour
- A confident and pro-active attitude
Basic salary: £22,000 - £24,000 per annum depending on experience
The standard working hours for this position are Monday to Friday 8:30-5:30
