I have a fantastic opportunity to join a long standing business working as a Mill Operative in their modern flour mill. Duties are varied and the ideal candidate is one who can be capable of being trained in all production area.
The role will include:
• Food safety checks
• Testing various flours
• Learning the ins and outs' of milling
• Operating within the control room, working on the computer via a bespoke computer packaging
• Keeping hygiene standards high with regular cleaning and maintenance
You will need:
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
• Use of initiative and computer literacy are essential.
• An understanding of health and safety at work.
• A good level of physical fitness.
• Your own transport is required.
• To be able to work days and nights on a rota/
• Good level of English.
• Previous production experience is beneficial.
• A Forklift License is a bonus!
