Marketing and Communications Executive.

Are you a creative and talented Marketing professional looking to join a leading provider in their industry?

Are you a Marketing, English, Journalism (or similar) graduate, ready to step into an exciting role offering training opportunities and the potential for growth?

Do you have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a marketing or PR, content driven role?

I am excited to be supporting a fast growing business in their search for a Marketing & Communications Executive; with the knowledge, creativity and drive to join the team in taking the company forward with their Marketing and PR. They are looking for an experienced and determined professional, with a passion for media engagement, in this work from home' position.

Reporting to the PR & Communications Manager, the Marketing and Communications Executive's main responsibilities will be:

•Writing and managing copy to the company's branding standards
•Managing elements of social media engagement
•Producing copy and text for marketing materials to branding standards
•Maintain website text and add to news blogs
•Designing and creating materials to branding standards
•Creating new copy as required for project updates or internal documents
•Working with other business domains to ensure company tone of voice is maintained to standards
•Assisting the PR & Communications Manager with management of materials and communications projects
•Working with the Marketing Team to engage with the marketing and PR agency
•Mapping and engaging with stakeholders as part of the communications process
•Assisting with project update communications to customers for network build and customer connections

You should have proven experience and capability in the following areas:

Education/Qualifications:

•NCTJ/CIPR/CIM qualification or experience (desirable)
•University graduate with a degree in English/Journalism/ Creative Writing

Required Skills/Attributes:

•Good editing and proof-reading skills
•Attention to detail
•Able to plan and manage working schedule effectively
•Good news and content values understands how to write persuasive content for commercial purposes
•Brings creative, new ideas to the marketing team and the business

Salary Up to £22,000
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm 1 hour for lunch.
Location Role will be home based for the foreseeable future, however you will be required to be commutable to Colchester to collect equipment and attend team 1-1's both onsite and of site.
Interview Process Two stage interview including a competency based test
