Lettings Administrator

I am working with a Lakenheath based property agent, who are looking to secure a permanent Lettings Administrator to join their business. The ideal candidate will be available start immediately although this is not essential. You will have excellent people skills along with a strong administration background. Property experience is not essential for this position but you will need to have a solid customer service approach and good IT skill.

The role will include:

•Meeting with Landlords to support the Letting and/or Management of their property(ies) by conducting Evaluations and ensuring the property is fit for purpose and meets the requirements of Tenants.
•Ensuring all legal documentation and money laundering processes are fulfilled
•Marketing on various portals with ongoing communication with Landlords in regards to market conditions as well as working closely with our team to keep them advised of properties on the market and coming to market.
•Other duties include supporting front office, handling enquiries, conducting viewings when required and other duties as assigned.

Attributes Required:

•Candidates should have an outgoing but professional personality, present themselves well in a business-like manner within this commercial environment.
•Excellent organisational and communicative skills as well as the ability to work with customers from various walks of life is essential.
•This person should be computer literate and flexible in their thinking.
•Taking photographs for marketing will form part of this role, and will require this person to be comfortable with the use of a camera to ensure best possible photos are taken to enhance the marketability of the homes.
•Full/Clean Driver's License without any current and/or pending convictions.

Additional Information:

•This role requires both off site and on site attendance. A company car will be made available for use during office hours however; this person should have a personal car (covered for business use) for times when a company car may not be available (paid mileage).
•Salary: £18,720.00-£22,000.00 per year
•Hours: 09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday and one Saturday in three (09:00 to 17:30) with a day off in lieu.
•End of year bonus if company targets met and weekly bonus possibilities if weekly target met.
•Based at in the Lakenheath office however there may be times you will need to work from Beck Row/Mildenhall office.
