Fantastic family run company based in Mildenhall close to Bury St Edmunds is needing to add to their driving team due to an ever increasingly full order book.

As a HGV Class 2 Driver your new position will involve you driving product made onsite using rigid flatbeds to customers around the UK, on average you will spend 1-2 nights out a week, 2 nights are required for longer trips to Scotland etc - no tramping.

You will be driving company owned well maintained vehicles, your new company is proud of their products, staff & vehicles & you will be representing your new work team when out delivering.

Your new Job offers development, when you're in the yard loading your vehicles - you will be trained on multiple different types of forklift. You will also be kept up to date on FORs eLearning for the driving side of the job.

Job security is good at your new company as they supply to customers that will not reduce orders due to pandemics etc.

This is a permanent job - 40 hours a week, with a starting base salary of £27,040 / £13/hr with overtime paid at £19.50/hr.

Do you have? :-

• Category C on your Licence, with 35 hours CPC complete.
• Clean Licence - would be great but those with points will be taken into consideration based on other merits.
• A personality that enjoys being more than just a driver, someone that wants to take ownership of their vehicle, loading, unloading and being a company ambassador.
• Experience of using lorry mounted forklifts would be useful.
