I am delighted to be supporting an expanding and driven business in their search for Field Sales Executives. The ideal candidate will have the tenacity, ambition and desire to learn and evolve with them. With the business covering Norfolk, Suffolk Cambridgeshire and Essex, so you will need to be local to East Anglia.

As an individual you will ideally have a thirst for technology, IT and communications or a willingness to join this industry! You must be creative and have the drive and determination to be a part of the company achieving their goals successfully.

With recent expansion in the business, they are growing at a profitable and steady rate, with several opportunities presenting themselves throughout the business, with a view to bringing on great talent to drive these projects forward leading to progression and management opportunities for stand out individuals!

This is a dynamic, exciting environment to work within and will provide significant opportunities for the right people, with the right skills, to develop and grow with the company.

This role is offering a competitive basic salary of £25,000 to £28,000 depending on experience and attractive commission with achievable targets: Uncapped, £5,000 OTE expected in year one.

Whilst this is a predominantly field based role you will have to be able to attend meetings at their offices (near Colchester).

Key responsibilities:

•Be the face of the business!
•Be comfortable attending social meetings, respond to queries, and liaise with the local community
•Deliver pre-prepared presentations to communities
•Ensure you achieve the required sales for your target area
•Be able to communicate with different levels, direct to customers as well as the local stakeholders this may include engaging with local councilors, MPs and talking directly to local residents and shop owners
•Identify potential areas to put marketing material, such as local shops, public houses and schools a knowledge of Social Media is required for this
