As Engineering Manager you will be overseeing a team of 5 Design Engineers, Mechanical and Electrical. You will be the technical authority in the team and project manage all Research & Development activities.

Core duties include:

Drive innovation in product development according to business needs
• Manage and mentor a team of skilled mechanical and electrical design engineers
• Launch successful products in line with NPD process
• Manage creation of clear and accurate technical documentation necessary for the specification,
manufacture, testing and support of product throughout its lifecycle
• Design and oversee practical functional tests, reliability tests and user trials
• Manage delivery of continuous improvement to products, documentation and processes via
customer feedback and change request systems
