Customer Service Administrator Contract

The role of the Customer Service Consultant' is to provide an efficient and professional customer service to Dealers, Customers and Territory Sales Managers in the UK. In the role you will be expected to have an excellent understanding and knowledge of the company products (full training provided). Your role will involve building and maintaining long-term relationships with our customers.

Temporary Contract position (4-6 months)

KEY DUTIES

•One of the primary contacts for the UK business, responsible to ensure a premium customer service
•Using CRM' to report all contact and activity with our Dealer' partners to manage work load and information flow
•Ensure all customer orders and enquiries are administered correctly using SAP
•Communicating with our customers regarding the repairs to their tools
•Ensure all activities undertaken follow policy and procedures
•Work within a team liaising with our Logistics', Service' and Finance' departments

KEY COMPETENCIES

•Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships with customers
•Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot frequently asked questions
•Self-disciplined and efficient, with a flexible and proactive nature

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

•Ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a Customer Service Consultant' or similar role
•Computer literate
•Knowledge of software packages CRM, Microsoft Word, SAP, Excel and Outlook or similar packages
