Maternity Cover Administrator

Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator with excellent organisational skills and strong IT capabilities.
You will need to have a minimum of 2-4 year experience working in a fast paced administration role, this is essential to be considered for this opportunity.

Duties to include:

•Instructing new properties from valuation and placing on the market
•Requesting and uploading client ID documents
•Prepare and generate property brochures, add floor plans and EPC
•Organising for photos and floorplans to be taken and prepared
•Raising and sending invoices
•Following up on overdue accounts
•Managing the keys for properties
•Maintaining all office literature and stationary
•Ensuring filing is carried out in a timely and orderly fashion
•Prepare and send out correspondence as required to clients, customers and third parties
•Recording and updating figures on Excel
•Renewing and updating office policies
•Organising For Sale boards
•Troubleshooting office equipment and arranging necessary repairs, e.g. printer issues
•Setting up new users
•Organising staff training

Key Skills:

•Previous experience in administration Essential
•Strong organisational skills
•Property experience Preferred
•Strong Customer Service skills
•Excellent time management
•Smart & Presentable

Additional Information:

•Maternity Cover 1 Year Contract
•Full Time Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm
•£18,000-£22,000 depending on experience
•Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk
•Role to start ASAP To enable for handover and training.
