I am thrilled to be working with an independent insurance company based in Ipswich who due to growth are looking for a new Account Executive to join their Customer Care team.

You'll be on the frontline, dealing with customers and insurers daily. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining the firm's book of business, while making sure their customers get the very best advice, products, and service.

The customer care team manages customer queries, mid-term changes and renewals.

As Account Executive you will have to:
•Approach underwriters
•Negotiate Terms
•Present and explain policies to the customer
•Renew business
•Renew and change existing policies

The website generates the leads so no cold calling is required. Their customers are freelancers, sole traders, consultants, contractors, and small businesses across the UK.

Ideal Candidate:
•A committed worker, diligent, showing initiative and having perseverance
•A team player, supportive, kind, and warm. The team has a family feel they're always there for each other
•Able to communicate effectively. They're customers rely on clear information to understand their insurance, and they rely on it to build trust
•A quick learner, insurance background is desirable but not essential as full training is provided

Other Information:
•£23,000-£33,000 based on experience and yearly pay reviews
•Free parking on site
•Regular team get togethers
•25 days holidays plus bank holidays
•Office based for first 6 months then opportunity for hybrid working
