This is a great opportunity for someone with previous sales experience, whether that is from a retail environment or an office based setting, to join a friendly, motivated and fun team! This role will require up selling as well as some account management in the future.
The ideal person will have a flair for sales and customer service and be driven and positive! You will be responsible for the overall retention and growth of the existing client base and will be confident working to achievable weekly and monthly KPIs.
Duties will include:
•Retention of Contracted Clients through a proactive Customer Touchpoint model
•Acquisition of additional sites within the existing customer base
•Management of Responsive Ticketing system through HubSpot CRM
•Drive Retention and Growth
•Developing and maintaining relationships with key Customers and prospects in the region
•Managing customer retention and satisfaction through a pro-active approach to Client Care.
•Maintain and enforce the companies policies, standards, and practices within the region and ensures consistent implementation and adherence to the businesses Mission, Vision and Values
This team will be ultimately responsible for achieving the long and short term revenue, new sales & retention budget plans and sales & retention forecasts for the business so must be committed and goal focused! This will be rewarded with an attractive salary and bonus scheme.
Hours Monday to Friday 8am-5pm with 30 mins for lunch
Salary - £18,000-£22,000 with quarterly bonuses
Location: Swaffham, Norfolk PE37

Please note there is no option for home working, you will need to be able to commute to the offices daily.
