Full details below:
•Help deal with inbound calls and customer enquiries, and logging these on the companies CRM
database. Booking EPCs and Heating surveys
•Processing ECO Paperwork submitted by Heating Contractors, checking that all paperwork
and evidence supplied is compliant and acceptable prior to handover for install.
•Chasing and updating Contractors with reference documents/information lacking and along
with realistic deadlines for re submission in line with any provisional install dates that may be
•Liaison with the Heating Manager/Head Administrator reference quality of work submitted by
Contractors to enable quality control and consistency.
•Raising quote numbers, building quote folders and creating quotations to send to Clients.
Ordering Boiler kit and associated heating parts/equipment.
•Updating and maintaining the Companies CRM database, to ensure it is up to date for reporting to
partners and internal monitoring.
•Any other Ad Hoc Duties, which may be required by the business from time to time.
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Salary: £20,000 - depending on experience
Location: Higham, Suffolk
Permanent, Full Time

Previous experience within a Sales Administration or Customer Service Administration position is essential to be considered for this role.
