You will need to have previous experience working in Logistics, Transport and Planning/Scheduling ideally with the CPC Qualification or equivalent. You will be supporting the day to day operational management of crews off site and supporting the team in ensuring a smooth transition of all projects.
You will have experience working at a senior level, motivating the team and problem solving working reactively to support customers to a high standard.
Other responsibilities include:
•Keeping up to date with Legislations, Health and Safety and Market Trends
•Ensuring teams comply with company procedures and policies
•Contributes towards the strategic thinking in the business and offers suggestions of positive change
•Implementation and delivery of project planning
•Able to handle negotiations and make positive financial business decisions
•Have an understanding of budgets and targets
•Identify and recommend training for the team to comply with standards
This position is a full time opportunity with room for progression in the future.
£25,000-£29,000 depending on previous experience

Based in Brandon, Suffolk you will need to hold a full driving license and have your own transport for this position.
