I am currently working with a local client in their search for a Legal Records/Office Administrator to join their small, family run business.

The ideal candidate will have some legal experience e.g. Legal Secretarial however professionals with proven Office Administration experience plus outstanding attention to detail this is essential due to the nature of the industry and the record keeping requirements will also be considered.

This is a position will be a blend of Office Administration and management of the businesses specialized database. Due to this being a newly created role, duties may be added/changed once in post, depending on experience etc.

•Confidence to effectively manage a busy workload
•Ability to remain calm under pressure
•Ability to keep to strict deadlines
•Adaptability and presence of mind to be flexible in terms of the approach to work
•Strong computer skills
•Experience of WebTMS/IPPO is desirable.

Additional Information:

•Based on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds own transport required due to village location
•Free parking on site
•Salary: Circa £20,000
•January 2021 start
•Full time hours Monday to Friday 9am-5pm Office based position
