This position would suit someone with proven experience in winning new business as well as solid Account Management. This role will require the ambition to drive their brand and support the values of the company whilst nurturing a number of high profile existing clients.
This is a newly created role within the business, so the ideal person will be a confident and concise communicator who is able to liaise with the Senior Management Team as well as the Manufacturing Teams. You will be responsible for maximizing business potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the senior management.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
•Account Management for existing clients
•Business Development activities and driving the business to be sales focused
•Setting up prospective clients and attending visits to win new business
•Taking customer briefs & providing quotations
•Supporting the business with the implementation of a new CRM System
•Proven experience in professionally representing a brand
•Professional approach with the ability to communicate at all levels
•Experience dealing with conflict resolution and problem solving
•Educated at higher education level such as University or A-Level
•Monday to Friday Full Time
•Salary Circa £35,000
•25 days + 8 days annual leave
•Plus 5 days unpaid leave (as required for 1 off)
