Do you have experience working in Sales Administration and find yourself looking for a new opportunity? My client, a business based in Mildenhall, are looking for a Sales & Marketing Administrator to join their team on a Temp to Perm basis.

This is a predominantly administrative role but you will also be the first point of contact for all calls to the business. Specifically you will be responsible for:

•Responding to sales office enquiries via telephone and email
•Processing quotations, sales orders and obtaining freight quotations
•Liaising weekly with Production Department to agree customers' delivery schedules and keep customers updated
•Checking Letters of Credit
•Forwarding documentation to customers for customs clearance
•Invoicing and Credit Control
•Answering technical queries
•Liaising with UK and International Partners
•Assisting with tender documentation, completion and submission
•Assisting with exhibition bookings and arrangements
•Ensuring regular and accurate filing of documentation
•Liaising with outside bodies such as Industry Groups and Exhibition Organisers
•Liaising with Legal department regarding contracts, etc.
•Welcoming and hosting visitors, providing security passes, refreshments and catering
•Arranging meetings and conference calls as required for staff, Partners and associated contacts
•Drafting and managing licences for customers and verifying completed documents
•Administering agent documentation, monitoring and logging information and contract expiry dates
•Liaising with legal department and checking business references

To be successful in your application for this role, you will have previous experience of the above duties. You will have good attention to detail and great organisational skills as well as experience in using Excel, Outlook, and Word.

As the first point of contact for all calls to the business, you will be personable and confident on the phone, and happy to meet and greet visitors when necessary. It is essential that you have a good knowledge of a sales environment and knowledge of export documentation and compliance

Additional Information:
•Salary: Circa £20,000
•Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm
•Free Parking on Site
•Temp to Perm following successful probation

This role is commutable from Thetford, Newmarket, Bury St Edmunds, Mildenhall, Red Lodge and all surrounding villages.
