You will need to have previous Office Administration experience, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to your own initiative, think on your feet and have a proactive attitude.
Your duties will include:
•General Administration duties use of Outlook, Excel and Word
•Contract Renewals such as Printers, Suppliers etc.
•Managing Health and Safety records including risk assessments
•Monitoring warehouse supplies and ordering stock
•Ensuring Manual Handing and H&S safety training has been completed by staff members
•Supporting the Managing Director with ad-hoc requirements
A background in Transport and/or Health and Safety would be an advantage when being considered for this position due to the documentation requirements within the role.
•Hours: Monday to Friday 7am to 12pm (5 hrs a day)
•Starting salary: £10ph
•Permanent, Part Time position
•Parking on site.
