Location - Midlands area with remote working with occasional travel to the office in Cambridgeshire
£35,000 basic - OTE £45k + car allowance
Are you a target driven salesperson that enjoys building rapport with customers? Do you have experience in the adhesive industry?
I am currently working with a well-established and highly reputable company based in Cambridgeshire, who are looking for a driven and professional Field Sales Representative to join their team.
Your responsibilities will include:-
Identifying new business opportunities throughout the UK
Approaching potential customers with enthusiasm and building rapport to create strong relationships
Generating your own leads and booking appointments with customers to promote products
Generating quotes through Sage
Growing existing customer accounts and maximising spend
Taking ownership and responsibility of your own customer base
Liaising with the internal team to ensure effective processing and delivery of orders
Producing weekly performance reports on all sales made
To be successful in your application you will have a background in face to face selling, excellent time management skills and a high level of self-motivation. You must have a friendly and approachable persona, whilst having an assertive approach to achieving targets and maintaining profitable sales. A full driving license and the ability to work alone is essential.

In addition to a competitive salary, commission and bonus structure, you will receive a generous car allowance, phone and laptop. You will be entitled to 21 days holiday + Bank Holidays (with extra holiday incentive based on performance) and a contributory pension.
