Our client who are based in Newmarket, Suffolk, are looking for an OFFICE MANAGER with ACCOUNTS your duties will include
1.Full responsibility for monthly accounts preparation through to trial balance
2.Full responsibility for running the office
3.Along with the Managing Director, responsibility for company compliance
We are looking for someone preferably immediately available who could initially start temporarily with a view to being converted to permanent, however, this isn't essential.
The main skills and experience I am looking for are as follows:
1.Sage Line 50
3.Experienced level of Excel
4.Credit Control experience
There is off street parking, full kitchen facilities and is a 3 minute walk away from a major supermarket.
My client is paying c£22k with 20 + 8 days holiday, working hours 8.30-5pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour's lunch.
