We are currently recruiting for a Science based company looking for an enthusistic individudual work within their Marketing team. Do you have the knowledge and design skills that they are looking for?


Key responsibilities
•Work with the management team to create impactful multimedia content for website, social, emails, and digital and printed materials
•Work with teams across the business to support their marketing plans and assist with design and media development
•Collaborate with the team to come up with engaging content ideas and collateral to support major topics and projects
•Communicate clearly and in a timely manner with other leads about realistic timeframes, prioritisation and delays
•Get to know the business and develop an understanding of the markets they operate in
•Stay up-to-date with design and visual best practice and news; generate new ideas from this to enhance our digital presence

Core skills
•Experience with animation, using Adobe After Effects or similar
•Experience with vector graphics, using Adobe Illustrator or similar
•Have previous knowledge or experience in a science or medical background
•Knowledge of image editing and graphic design, eg infographics; experience using Adobe Photoshop and/or other relevant software
•Knowledge of layout and design best practice and experience using Adobe InDesign or similar, and of editing in Adobe Acrobat DC
•Fast learner & tech-savvy
•Good communication skills
•Excellent attention to detail
•Enthusiastic contributor and able to demonstrate an interest in science and what we do as a business
•Proactive in moving forward with tasks autonomously and good ability to prioritise appropriately
•Good organisational and time-management skills
•Ability to develop successful relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels of the business
•Ability to operate effectively in a team

Additional Information:

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm 1 hour for lunch
Salary: Depending on experience
