I have an exciting opportunity for a leading multinational business based in Bury St Edmunds in their search for a PA, during a time of rapid growth worldwide!
My client, Managing Director of a currently BOOMING' business, is in need of an experienced, resourceful and adaptable professional to set up the role of Personal Assistant and implement this much needed position within the business!
Duties for this role will include, but are not limited to:
•Managing company inbox responding to enquires & customer queries
•Managing MD diaries and travel
•Answering calls, directing where necessary
•Managing any travel arrangements
•Managing office facilities and negotiating business contracts
•Overseeing Health and Safety within the building
•Supporting with recruitment including liaising with agencies, creating adverts and conducting interviews
•Implementation of processes and procedures
•Any other duties as required to support the smooth running of the business
This position is fantastic for someone looking to put their own stamp on a position and really grow the role and make it their own!
You will need to have previous experience with working in a PA/Secretarial position and be confident in the delivery of your duties.
The ideal candidate will be available to start immediately, due to this position being offered as a Temporary to Permanent contract in the first instances.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm 1 hour for lunch
Salary: £25,000-£30,000 (Depending on experience)
