Exciting opportunity for a Sales & Marketing Administrator, for a successful and establish business based in Mildenhall.

The main purpose of the role is to support the sales and estimating department with the fulfilment of administrational tasks both within the office and customer facing together with delivering the marketing functions including pre-qualification documents, newsletters, photography, all social media and web site management.

Duties will include:
•Be the first contact for incoming telephone sales enquiries
•Collate and log all incoming client enquiries and communications to the sales register
•Download tender enquiry information from clients links and organise to project folders
•Liaise with clients for missing or defective information
•Update sales team comments, project and client activities on CRM
•Log outgoing tenders values and dates to register
•Produce and compile weekly estimating activity reports
•Complete and issue all pre-qualification questionnaires to clients
•Prepare digital presentation proposal material (Powerpoint)
•Undertake the production, content and publication of internal digital newsletters
•Organise and manage external project photography
•Organise and setting up webinars internal supplier seminars/CPD's
•Provide administrative support to the estimating team as required (say organise a courier or print some documents etc.)
•Chase suppliers for incoming quotes to deadlines if requested
•Manage the company website and social media platforms

What do you need to be successful?
•Proven track record in sector or similar role with transferrable skills
•Working knowledge of Adobe Pro and WordPress
•Good standard of education
•Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
•Excellent Microsoft Office skills - Word/Excel
•Understanding of a CRM system
•Strong planning and organisation skills
•If you can write an APP, that would be brilliant!

Additional Information:
•Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm 1 hour for lunch
•22 Days Holiday + BH Increasing the following year to 23 and so on up to 25 days.
•Salary will be dependent upon experience
•Parking on site
