The ideal person will have previous Admin/Customer Service skills or skills that would be transferable. You will be used to working in a fast paced environment with ever changing priorities.
Duties will include:
•Assigning work to the relevant engineers within designated regional / client areas
•Ensuring engineers' schedules are full, efficient and achievable
•Ensuring engineers are aware of their daily schedules by dispatching their work, and that everything is in place to ensure job completion
•Investigating jobs for any specific requirements, previous issues and communicating to the team to ensure job completion
•Re-planning any jobs that the company no longer has capacity for
•Re-planning any jobs impacted by pre-booked holidays or notified sickness
•Experience in planning and/or dispatch Desirable
•Previous Customer Service/Administration Experience Desirable
•Efficient and concise communication skills
•Positive, upbeat and resilient attitude!
•Salary between £19,000 - £21,000 depending on experience
•Your core working hours would be Monday to Friday 8:00-4:30pm with 30mins lunch
