I am currently supporting a business specialising in Digital Experts based in Bury St Edmunds in their search for a Client Services Manager. You will specialise in assisting the company's clients with their products and services, ensuring a seamless delivery of Customer Service from the team!

Previous experience within Project Management or Senior/Team Leader Customer Service would be an advantage in your application due to the need to problem solve with an ability to generate new ideas and solutions.

Duties for this role will include but are not limited to:

•Promoting excellence by providing customer service to both internal and external clients
•Manage the flow of day to day communications and allocations of responsibilities
•Ensuring effective communication with clients is delivered consistently across the development team
•Responding to enquires within agreed SLA's
•Review and define team KPIs within the department to improve performance
•Troubleshoot client problems and creatively resolve issues

Experience:

•Demonstrable experience in a similar senior, client facing role potentially with a project management background
•Knowledge and experience of client services process
•Team management experience and the ability to cooperate as a cohesive team member
•Good knowledge of Microsoft applications
•Knowledge of ticket management software such as Zendesk would be advantageous

Additional Information:

Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm 1 hour for lunch
Salary Circa £25,000 depending on experience

Ideal candidate will be available to start immediately not essential
